Manny "PacMan" Pacquiao raises his hands in victory and to God after defeating Timothy "Desert Storm" Bradley in the third fight of their trilogy at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 9, 2016. The "Pride of the Philippines" would outbox Bradley and win by Unanimous Decision on all three judges’ scorecards 116-110. Pacquiao and Bradley fought three fights and a total of 36 rounds. In their first meeting in 2012, Bradley was awarded the highly controversial split decision. Boxing analysts, media and fans thought the "Pride of the Philippines" had clearly beaten Bradley. In their rematch in 2014, Pacquiao would reclaim the WBO Welterweight Title. By the time they would meet for the third and final time, Pacquiao had been talking about hanging up the gloves in order to focus on serving the Filipino people. After defeating Bradley in their final fight he officially announced his retirement from boxing. The Filipino boxing icon would claim his next victory outside the ring five weeks later when he was elected as a Senator of the Philippines in May 2016. Photo by JP YIM.
