Hungry, sometimes scared and disoriented
Reaching for mother
Who reaches back
Who sees me and always has
Earth mother
Who forgives and encourages me
I am so lucky to be alive and in her wise hands
To paint pretty visions
And be apart of her vision
Even if it’s a small part I play
