Leveraging our partnership with Andretti Autosport, we wanted to ensure racing fans, our employees, and the general public at large know that as a company, we value Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging within and outside of the workplace. This season, we featured our Delivered with Pride logo on our No. 28 INDYCAR as well as our driver, Romain Grosjean’s, firesuit during the biggest motorsport event, the 106th Running of the Indianapolis 500. Replica jerseys were produced and sold by the Official INDYCAR shop both online and at the track, with a portion of proceeds benefiting GLSEN, an LGBTQ+ partner organization. campaign increases our followers’ awareness and promotes the partnership.

Through an initial PR announcement and social media posts, fans were encouraged to take a stand with us by purchasing the replica jerseys. In further support, DHL and Andretti joined thousands of students nationwide in a day of silence on Friday, April 22.

Additional engagement activations included:
-Replica Jerseys were worn by the crew members during Indy500 Practice (May 27)
-Complimentary Replica Jerseys were provided to all of our customers attending the Indy500
-AMS Regional employees were encouraged to share their stories of how they celebrated pride month on SmartConnect for a chance to win Jerseys & Hats

During the final week of June, autographed jerseys were also available for auction with 30% of the proceeds benefitting GLSEN.

Approximately 484 jerseys sold as of June 27th (generating $3,146 in proceed donations for GLSEN). In addition, DHL matched up to $2,500 donation to GLSEN.
