...I already struggle (and fail) to find a healthy balance between my work duties in teaching, research and administration as well as managing my group on the one hand and trying to have time for my family and myself on the other hand. Taking on more duties or doing more stings simply means even less or no time for recreation, sports or even eating lunch or sleeping.
