Artist Statement: Arnold d'Epagnier is a furniture designer and woodworking artisan. He is craft uses traditional woodworking skills and techniques, traditional and modern machines and computer technology to produce objects of quality that will endure the decades. Located in Cumberland his studio has produced functional art for customers across the US, Scotland and Australia.

Beauty is seen in every piece whether it is a simple unique detail surrounded by a classic form, or an inlay of different materials, or an expression of emotion. Furniture art can express emotions not only through design and craftsmanship, but also help us focus to make decisions that coincide with our ideals. As an artwork that one can interact furniture art inspires our confidence in a personal revelations.

Artwork description: This solid cherry wood table was designed to seat four to six people without a need for table leaves. The design was to provide plenty of leg room plus be accessible for a wheelchair.
