The day of the dead is a celebration of life, so I chose to do a vibrant skull with lots of colour to create a celebratory feel. Lots of masks have flowers atop them as a crown, so I did a bouquet of dandelions, chrysanthemums, poppies, violets, marigolds and zinnia. All of these flowers have meanings to do with life and love, hence why I chose them.
