Through our long-established partnership with Harlequins, we wanted to contact the plethora of well-established businesses located in close proximity to the club that were doing well marketing themselves locally, but struggling to get over the line when it came to reaching a wider audience.
Throughout the Harlequins’ rugby season, we invited businesses to enter a competition to win exposure for their brand and take it to the next level through matchday advertising at the Twickenham Stoop, as well as hosting an event in the DHL Business Box at the ground.
Businesses are encouraged to invite their clients to the DHL Business Box to help their own business growth, which in turn resulted in more leads for DHL Express UK. This unrivalled opportunity secured more than 1,954 page views and 148 entries, enabling DHL Express UK to strike up great conversations with prospective customer of all sizes, who are aligned in wanting to reach their potential.
Utilising a bespoke campaign landing page, and other promotional materials, including social media advertising, we ran the competition throughout the Harlequins’ rugby season, giving local businesses the opportunity to enter their data for a chance to win matchday advertising at the Twickenham Stoop and hospitality for them to share with their prospects, customers or employees.
