Warrant from the National Defense for Naval Services Deputy Minister for the organization of the Sea Cadet Corps Victory I [november 3, 1952]
This warrant was given to Victory’s commanding officer at the time, Mr. Allan L. Patrick, charging him to organize the Victory sea cadet corps according to the Sea Cadet Corps Regulations, 1941, and Amendments. The Victory sea cadet corps thereby becomes backed by the Canadian Department of National Defense.

Ce mandat a été remis au commandant du Victory de l'époque, M. Allan L. Patrick, le chargeant d'organiser le corps de cadets de la marine du Victory conformément au Règlement sur le corps de cadets de la marine, 1941, et aux modifications. Le corps de cadets de la marine du Victory est ainsi soutenu par le ministère canadien de la Défense nationale.
