Desiree is highly creative, passionate, and funny. She thrives on adventure, freedom, spontaneity and living life to its fullest. Painting is her avenue to achieving a flow state, where time ceases and nothing else around her exists. Each work has its own unique, deep meaning that is derived from personal experiences, adventures, travels, and spiritual awakening. She largely focuses on the duality of human experience to that of the soul purpose. Emphasizing how the large majority of people are stuck in a rat race construct, trying to achieve society's definition of happiness instead of setting the definition of happiness for ourselves. She believes our soul's invigorating purpose as humans is ultimately creation and enjoyment of every little moment. She hopes to inspire others to create every single day, find their own passion in this world, truly be free, and find inner happiness.
