“Countries around the world are centers for human trafficking activity, with women and underaged girls being the major victims.

“Effective strategies to understand the underlying causes of trafficking can be put in place. This may involve challenging our own biases about these issues and being more invested in prioritizing the dignity of all humans. As an artist-activist, I seek to create artworks that illuminate a path forward through introspection and empathy.”
