Hand-made drawings on a printed book

We are in the year 2040. In the last 20 years, the consumption of energy increased by +40%.
The world ran out of energy and humans struggle to find new ways to operate machines. Fun activities are now very complicated to enjoy. Human beings have become slaves of the machines they created.

To raise awareness about this disastrous future, we decided to create a book for kids.
Reading books is a key part of a family routine and relevant component of education.
Books for kids are supposed to be entertaining and to convey positive messages. This book, instead, is gloomy.
It highlights the fact that we failed to preserve the future of the next generations because of our inactions and passivity.

Take a seat and read the story.
