Abandoned Memories Series , 2022
100 x 200 cm (h x w)

In the artist's own words: "My artwork portrays a sea of lost and discarded objects that were once cherished by refugees and migrants. The objects are scattered and disorganized, symbolizing the chaos and uncertainty of their journeys. Through this artwork, I want to express the sense of dislocation and the longing for a place to belong. I also want to bring attention to the importance of valuing the objects and possessions that define our sense of self and belonging."
