Forced Journeys , 2022
100 x 200 cm (h x w)

In the artist's own words: "As an artist, I wanted to highlight the struggles faced by refugees and migrants on their journeys to safety. In this painting, the refugees are depicted walking in an unknown space and time, suggesting the universality of displacement and the shared experiences of those on the move. The colors and brushstrokes are meant to convey a sense of urgency and restlessness."
