Oreo Barbie , 2001
90 x 30 x 1 in (h x w x d)

Two Oreo Barbies were produced, one white and one African-American. The black Oreo doll gained infamy due to the fact that Oreo is a derogatory term for black person who “acts white.” This doll exemplifies an insensitive oversight by the company.
