In this picture we can see a small part of the mouse hippocampus, responsible for learning and memory.

The red cells are microglia, responsible for clearing debris within the nervous system.
The green stains are amyloid beta plaques. When accumulated in the brain, this protein can lead to memory loss.

The blue tiny dots are the nuclei of all the cells in that area.
