香港文學資料庫由香港中文大學圖書館建立，於2000年6月15日正式啟用，為全球首個有關香港文學的綜合型資料庫。資料庫各項資料皆為開放存取形式，讀者可隨時、隨地免費閱覽資料庫的資源。資料庫具備多種檢索功能，目前已收錄逾二百份文學期刊及早期香港報章文藝副刊，當中超過七十份期刊及報章可供讀者瀏覽全文，並匯入了盧瑋鑾教授香港文學檔案。資料庫為香港文學的教學和研究提供學術支援，冀能推動香港文學的發展及研究。

CUHK Library’s Hong Kong Literature Database is the world’s first comprehensive database on Hong Kong literature. It began operating on 15 June 2000. All data is open-access, allowing readers to browse anywhere, at any time, free-of-charge. The Database has multiple search functions and to date has some 200 literary journals and literary supplements of early Hong Kong newspapers. Over 70 journals and newspapers come in full texts. One of the Database’s components is Prof. Lo Wai-luen’s Hong Kong Literature Archive. The Database offers academic support to the teaching and study of Hong Kong literature with the aim of promoting its development and research.
