I am an internationally recognised multidisciplinary contemporary artist. My work seeks to discover the meaning of life, which although not simple is rather intricate and perplexing with many incredibly interconnected parts.
The journey through the various stages of life shapes us through its experiences, perspectives, soul-searching, beliefs and creates an insatiable desire to give meaning to a fruitful existence.
My paintings explore these nuances of existence and bring out the joys, perplexities, beliefs and realities of life in a way that provokes the viewer's thoughts. They reflect an inspired appreciation of different aspects of life and for this I use versatility in each creation through different themes, colours, ideas and stylisations to suit the concept and subject matter.
Acrylic, gouache, drawing, knife or brush... each medium or technique gives a special feeling. That is why each painting has a special treatment depending on the type of message that needs to be conveyed.
