Den Teamgeist spüren. Sich persönlich herausfordern. Ein Ziel erreichen. Letztes Jahr hatte ein 5 x 5 km Staffel-Teamleiter nach Ersatzläufer gesucht. Und da habe ich einfach zugesagt. Ein nettes Team junger Trainees. Da konnte ich mich als 50-iger einerseits wohl fühlen, andererseits waren 5 km Strecke zu überwinden. Jeder gab sein Bestes. Besonders schön fand ich das Ausklingen in einer netten Runde danach.

Feel the team spirit. Challenge yourself personally. Achieving a goal. Last year, a 5 x 5 km relay team leader was looking for a replacement runner. And I just agreed. A nice team of young trainees. On the one hand, I could feel comfortable as a 50-year-old, on the other hand, I had to overcome a 5 km distance. Everyone did their best. I especially liked the end in a nice round afterwards.
