"Nina Kreis is an artist from Brazil who specializes in the technique of intaglio printmaking and has dedicated 20 years to this art form. She employs the recombination of her prints to create collages with unconventional narratives that do not follow a linear structure. In her series titled 'The Elephant's Trip,' she showcases four collages of prints. These collages incorporate both recently created prints and previously made prints from older metal plates, which have been reprinted specifically for this new artistic combination. By employing techniques such as juxtaposition, repetition, and superposition of her prints through the medium of collage, Nina Kreis presents strange unusual stories with each new combination.
