Siljoe is working and living currently in Copenhagen, Denmark. He had exhibitions in many places, including London, Copenhagen and New York.

Siljoe aka Szilard Tarkanyi-Gottfried is representing the frustration of getting the world destroyed while we are watching it, yet still finding hope and humor and laugh about it.

He represents the schizophrenic reality we live in: we are trying to survive and enjoy while the world is marching into its doom. Sil is asking all of us: can you do something about it?

He is asking hard questions, he pushes into your face your own responsibility, meanwhile making you laugh about the absurdity of the situation. Can we be saved as human beings? Are we worth it?
