Asma Abid, also known as Souma. She seems to have a rich and diverse experience in art and culture, which is reflected in her work. Her travels and experiences have clearly influenced her art, making it a unique blend of various cultures and perspectives. Her work with ADIAF and her preference for group work shows her belief in collaboration and unity. Souma finds inspiration in the everyday moments of life. The way sunlight filters through the leaves, the laughter of a child, or the quiet tranquility of a deserted street at dawn - these are the scenes that ignite my creativity. She strives to capture these fleeting moments in her paintings, using a palette of vibrant colors and a blend of impressionistic and realistic techniques. Her goal is to evoke a sense of familiarity and nostalgia in the viewer, to remind them of the beauty in the mundane. As she continues to grow as an artist, she hopes to explore new themes and techniques, pushing the boundaries of her creativity.
