Hawksbill turtles have been affected by sea pollution and the loss of nesting beaches due to reclamation and other land uses.
My artwork shows a hawksbill turtle getting trapped in nets due to plastic waste in the sea, thereby causing it to die. This also affects the reproduction of the hawksbill turtle, and some of the baby hawksbill turtles die due to the pollution in the sea.
Turtles are important! Save them!
