During my last camping adventure with my husband, we stayed at a lovely place right on the Withlacoochee River, at Robinson’s Ranch. Our camping spot had a wonderful view of the river, as well as the deteriorating shack on the property, which was so beautiful during the evening sunset seen through the trees with glowing, hanging Spanish moss. This was the inspiration for this oil painting and the fox was my added wildlife.
