Victor Brown is totally blind and created this sculpture entirely out of popsicle sticks and glue with his hands of vision. “Tower of Hope” symbolizes the building of hope with humanity striving for unity and acceptance for all. Victor is a resident of Miami Lighthouse for the Blind.
