The play of shadows and forms intrigues me. Made as the world was cautiously working its way out of COVID lockdowns in 2022, the piece is about reconnecting literally and with new materials and dimensions. Printing on cloth is pure play and color celebration. A grid of Xs and Os takes shape on a grid of hardware cloth (woven metal) suspended in front of the wall to allow a constantly changing pattern of light and shadows on the wall.
