Re-Imagined II

I approach fiber work from the viewpoint of a watercolor artist. Many of my abstract watercolor paintings were designed around geometric forms. Now that love of geometric combined with organic forms has influenced my art quilts. "Re-Imagined II" combines the free-flowing organic look produced by intuitively using watercolor to create surface design. Large pieces became the textured substrate. Smaller collaged pieces created the design and express structured geometric imagery.
