I love the figure! Regardless of what I have painted over the last five plus years, whether it be landscape or non objective, I would see a figure. I decided to stop fighting it and now just focus on the figure. Life is hard, but social media has made things much more difficult for young people growing up today, especially females. As a mother, grandmother, sister and friend, my hope is to share a positive message. I am choosing titles from songs, meditations and affirmations. We all need some positive in this world and I hope, through my painting, to touch someone in a positive way, and perhaps make them feel better about themselves.
