My work comes from my instinct, which is all about my emotional life of being. I am always wondering about the reason each thing happened. Unknowns give me fear, so I need to find the truth behind them. I am not creating a form but building an atmosphere to convey a sense of void. I tend to feel the material first, then get to know them, and finally work with my subconscious to complete the work that resonates with mix-media installation and performance. My work has taken many shapes, including free drawing, poetic writing, installation, and (outdoor) performance that explores the fantasy of ideal freedom that extracts from the real world and asserts the power of unconsciousness and dreams. The material choice varies from synthetic material to more natural substances that depend on emotions. The size ranges from human size to open outdoor space, which tends to build bigger to interact with humans, space, and the environment.
