My ideal artwork is an undiminished piece of art that breathes and fluctuates with space and time like a living organism. Nature has been at the center of my life since I started surfing as a child and I have seen, touched, breathed, and felt a lot of nature through the sea. There is nature in my mind, there is space, and I try to harmonize and reconcile the inner nature with the actual nature outside my body. That is what art is for me.
