Dreams are intimate to one soul and also humanly unifying, as we all dream.
I am a lucid and vivid dreamer awake or asleep.
Leaving harbour means I'm off to dreamland.
I allowed myself to create as I go, once I had decided to show reality vs a dreamstate.
The bed knobs presented many choices of direction to me. I settled on a nautical theme with the room flooded. The chair is struggling to not go down the drain.
The aliens are there for fun. A family out for a walk. The kid makes me laugh.
My painting can have many ways to be interpreted. I wanted to keep dreaming while I painted, like playing in a sandbox.
It took 5hrs a day for 10 days, plus the planning and studying.
