During World War II governments produced propaganda to convince people that food rationing was essential for the country and for winning the war. We have used these propaganda campaigns to create a dystopian future showing the effects of meat consumption on the planet. Between the years 2039 and 2045, humanity is embroiled in a conflict unlike any other - fuelled by an insatiable appetite for red meat. Governments re-use World War II propaganda to bring humanity back from the brink.

This exhibition is not just a dystopia: The IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) report recommends limiting the consumption of red meat to once a week, which could help prevent the temperature from rising above 1.5°C by 2100. As you explore the corridors of “Meat the Future”, ask yourself: Are you an agent of change in the fight against climate catastrophe? Are you ready to change the course of history and pave the way for a more sustainable future
