KID NORTH is a gentle nod to the enchantment of first snowflake. Being alone with a moment is the heightened stuff of storybook illustration. Kids and kids-at-heart often get caught up in the dreamy promise of winter, and in all the ensuing wonderlands with which it gifts us over our sensory 'hibernation'. Between the gaudy colours of fall and the neon greens of spring comes a stretch of unique creativity based on extra inwardness. Deborah likes to generate images based on her own appreciation of natural magic, and of the ephemeral in all the arts. She lives, writes and paints in Haliburton Ontario.
