Colour has always inspired me in my work. This piece is a rainbow of colour, moving from the reds right through to violets. It reminds me of the song "Somewhere Over the Rainbow". In the film "The Wizard of Oz". the rainbow leads Dorothy into her dreamland. The piece is collaged out of mainly cotton fabrics, hand embroidered and beaded.
