For this one, I've gone back in the archives, with some experimental Quinkjets from 2009,
They were created by combining traditional blue and black Quink writing inks and nibs with modern-day digital inks, refills and syringes on the surface of Heavyweight Digital photographic paper. This series of monoprints reflects on Blue, as both the colour of the sea and sky, which at any given moment can change from calm to deep and sometimes doom-laden, depending on the viewer's state of mind.
