About the Artist:
Vian Borchert is an established expressionist artist. Borchert has exhibited in group and solo exhibitions in museums and key galleries in major cities such as: NYC, LA, Washington DC, London, Berlin. Borchert's artwork has been on display in Times Square on Broadway, United Nations, SAM museum in PA, The National Liberty Museum in Philadelphia, Medinaceli DeArte Museo Contemporáneo in Spain. Vian is a graduate and "Notable Alumni" from the Corcoran George Washington, Borchert’s art has been featured in press like Museum Week Magazine, ShoutOut LA, OFF TOWN Magazine, and on the covers of French style magazines: “ROIDX”, “MOEVIR”; and on the cover of literary journals like "PENSIVE” . Borchert is also an art educator teaching fine art classes to adults in the Washington DC area. Borchert's work is in world marketplaces with auctions.

Artwork Statement:
"Wild Flowers" presents an abstract green rendition of a floral landscape depicting a beautiful green landscape filled with wildflowers. I describe my art as a form of visual poetry, aiming for this floral landscape to evoke the idea of romance while remaining engaging and contemporary. “Wildflowers” captures romantic fields while the nature depicted emerges to tell stories of far away lands. With this, my intent is to create meaningful work that celebrates my love for nature and the environment along with nature’s importance in our lives.
