I have found artwork to be a wonderful creative outlet for me and it's a fantastic way to explore feelings and thoughts and emotions in a very safe way and the journey can take you on many twists and turns just like life itself!!! Nobody ever knows what truly goes on behind closed doors and it's a very sad world we live in when abuse happens on a daily basis to innocent young people. Due to the circumstances surrounding my childhood I know live with multiple mental health diagnoses that I have to manage on a daily and sometimes hourly basis. In my early adulthood I was lucky beyond words to have the most amazing stepdad and my best friend who tragically lost his battle with alcohism which had an absolute devastating effect on my life. From somewhere very deep within me I eventually found the strength and courage to carry on living albeit in a limited way. I have vowed to continue to battle back against my own demons and have risen from the ashes like a phoenix ready for fly high again.
