This is a view of Two Jack Lake in Banff National Park with a sweeping view of Mount Rundle. I was drawn to the scene by the emerald green hues of the water and the mountain shrouded in low clouds and mist, just as the skies began to clear after a rain shower. Traveling through the Rockies, one never knows when the weather might present a delightful surprise, and this moment was no exception. The shimmering light dancing on the lake's surface compelled me to capture it on canvas.
