Annalise, at the tender age of 4, belongs to a remarkable family. Their mother is a Jewish American geriatric physician, while their father is a Catholic Chinese (Hong Kong)-born real estate entrepreneur. The parents' paths crossed at a school in Stamford, California. Presently, they split their time between residences in New York City and Old Greenwich, Connecticut.

The family shares a close bond, often embarking on life adventures together, such as their recent trip to Yellowstone National Park. They also enjoy collaborating on art projects as a unit. During my visit, I noticed guitars of various sizes for each child, with their mother participating in music lessons alongside them.

I was deeply impressed by how openly each child spoke about their love for their siblings and family, as well as their pride in their mixed heritage, both spiritually and ethnically. Upon meeting them at their home in Old Greenwich, they eagerly lined up at the door, wearing broad smiles of joy, thrilled to be part of the project.

Unfortunately, upon my arrival, I encountered a setback when my camera, typically used for capturing memories and videos, malfunctioned. However, Theo, ever resourceful, promptly located another camera, ensuring that I could continue documenting our time together. He even provided mechanical assistance to facilitate my work. I was profoundly appreciative of his help, as were the entire family, all eager to participate in the project.
