Chris’ work is a breathtaking mixture of a plethora of colours and emotions. Chris captures the intimate beauty of what it means to remain calm in a chaotic world. His brush strokes (and textures) leave a bewildering juxtaposition of chaos and order.
Chris is a neurodivergent artist with ADHD and has painted at Art Battles, Upfest and various locations around Bristol.
Chris’ book, The Art of Extempore Art aka Chris Shopland, explores his story in more depth, taking us through artworks along with words reflecting the journey from that period within the artist's journey.
