The Temple of Dendur , 10 BCE

This temple was built with traditional Egyptian religious motifs, such as papyrus and lotus plants, but what is most remarkable about this temple is that is displays Caesar Augustus in pharaonic regalia, making offerings to Egyptian and Nubian deities.
