Elon Musk , 2023
40 x 30 x 21 cm (h x w x d)
Ceramic

My first life size bust in clay. I wanted to create someone iconic at the time. Love him or hate him, I chose Elon Musk because he had just bought Twitter (X) and was leading in the AI field when he stated "There will come a point where no job is needed - you can have a job if you want one for personal satisfaction but AI will do everything”. Will this be the “reset” that humanity needs? Or will it be our doom? At the very least … His words make everyone question their purpose on this earth.
