Linoleum Block Print

This series of small prints are in reference to the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women movement. The reappearing white lilies represent purity and rebirth. The color scheme also seeks to represent the gravity of the issue, with the red representing the blood shed and the black indicating hopelessness. 2 of the prints include Native American symbols which connect to this theme. The piece comments critically on the violence Native American women face and the unjust dismissal towards this issue.
