Throughout history, women have played an important role other than caring for their household. The role of women in the country has been proven since time immemorial, including their involvement in the struggle for independence and the advancement of society. Their involvement has spread into various contexts such as politics, revolution, social justice and even their own stand proudly to take up arms at the front line. The fourth industrial revolution (industry 4.0), which involves automation technology and the discovery of new technologies, will boost the progress of the modern world landscape. In the face of the 4.0 industrial revolution, women can be seen as a whole in the decision-making process in the public and private sectors. In the drawings, the painting depicts a srikandi of a Malay woman who is fully dressed in traditional silver princess using a songket cloth complete with daggers and accessories of cucuk sanggul, dokoh and pending. Meanwhile, on the right, it depicts the female version of the industrial era 4.0 which is sketched in the form of a robot. Yet still maintain the tradition of women's clothing in the old days and on the part of the head accessories modified to the modern version of the bun poke . The color of the shirt using the royal yellow color symbolizes that the nature of the woman should be held in high esteem by society. As the Malay saying goes, the hand that swings the cradle can shake the world. Such is the role of women in the development of a country that is undeniable.
