The tittle for this drawing of mine, I named it as "Berubah". The tittle
itself show us an elements about the content in my artwork. First, the
Flying Rocket, an image of human ambition and exploration.Second,
the Menara Teluk Intan, a symbol of cultural history. Third, the
Cyborg, an example of technological evolution. Lastly, the
Rhinosaurus, a creature expressed in the raw power of nature. With
its beautiful architecture, Menara Teluk Intan is a memorial to the rich
cultural identity and history of an earlier time. Tradition and
development start talking when it meets the Cyborg, a symbol of our
continuous desire of technological growth. The differences between
these two seemingly in keeping elements makes people think about
the complicated relationship that exists between innovation and
history. The Flying Rocket, which represents human ambitions to
explore the unknown and scale new heights, floats over that
combination. Wild nature enters the story through the Rhinosaurus,
an animal with an origin in natural power and bravery. Its presence
forces for those who observe to think about the unstable balance that
exists between humans and the environment itself. In my drawing,
where i combine the rhinosaurus with cyborg leg, it's potrays that
even the animal being sick, human will replaced their wound with a
robot part to keep it alive. This shows that, they being forced to kept on living without dying.
