I have found artwork to be a wonderful creative outlet and a very therapeutic activity. It's a really fantastic way to explore feelings and thoughts and emotions in a very safe way and the journey can take you on many twists and turns just like life itself!!! Nobody ever truly knows what goes on behind closed doors and it's a very sad world we live in when abuse happens on a daily basis to innocent young people. Due to the circumstances surrounding my childhood and early adulthood I know have multiple mental health disorders that I have to manage on a daily and sometimes hourly basis. I have been determined to never let the monsters win. The people that threatened to ruin and destroy my life have never been given the opportunity to complete their work. It has taken many years to finally gain the physical and mental strength needed to rebuild my life and I'm now ready to rise up from the ashes like a phoenix ready to fly again.
