Sabrina Faustini, artistically known as "Sabrì", was born in Alatri on 08/09/59. Since childhood, she has shown a passion for drawing, and later for painting. Thanks to a long practice in artistic work and collaboration with a group of painters led by the art master Benedetto De Santis , after many years of "apprenticeship," she has refined her painting technique and acquired an increasingly intense sensitivity and curiosity that fuel her artistic creativity. Since '96, she has begun to exhibit in solo and group exhibitions at galleries and public institutions in Italy and abroad, gaining wide critical acclaim and public consensus, as well as several awards and recognitions.

About her, master Benedetto De Santis says: "Sabrina has always been a careful observer of the artistic production of the great masters of the 1900s. By looking and observing, she has developed her own conception of art that she tries to transfer into her paintings . Based on a few lines and broad masses of color applied with a palette knife, her painting aims not at a mere representation of objects, but at evoking or suggesting inner emotions in the observer. What matters is the overall result and the narrative synthesis. The lines are not seen, the details disappear, and the color becomes the imaginary protagonist."
