This is a video performance of young people from Vocational School 43 in Dzhany-Dzher, Kyrgyzstan, on 9 February 2024. They performed a play based on the works of Chinghiz Aitmatov- ‘Early Cranes’, ‘The First Teacher’, ‘The Mother Field’ and ‘The Red Apple’. The star performers were a group of 39 young artists, boys and girls, who had been participating in the MAP - Magic of Theatre project. The aim of the project was to use the art of theatre to emancipate children by unleashing their creativity. The children opened up, overcame their insecurities, and were motivated to show their characters.
