Donald “C-Note” Hooker, the King of Prison Hip Hop, is an American prison artist renowned for his striking underground art. Featured in the 26th Annual "Works on Paper" exhibition, his mixed-media collage "The Mask of Fashion" critiques societal norms and personal identity through a fragmented, net-like pattern.
