Pageant of the Masters re-creation of “Minuet” by Giovanni Tiepolo for the 2017 production, “The Grand Tour.”

Masked and costumed characters dance a minuet in the courtyard of a Venetian villa. Costumes for the Pageant are made up of unbleached muslin and then hand painted by scenic artists to reproduce the look of the original artwork. Every costume requires about 3 yards of muslin and more than 200 feet of Velcro are used each year to fasten the costumes.
