Dans un monde où la consommation de viande est devenue discutable, nous assistons à la montée en puissance du mouvement Vegan. Un malaise se crée alors entre les consommateurs de viande et ceux qui en prônent l’arrêt. Face à un régime alimentaire différent du nôtre, la gêne finit par nous gagner.
En mettant en avant la préciosité de la viande, notre œuvre souhaite à la fois remettre en question la consommation de masse qui nuit à sa qualité, ainsi que l’image parfois radicale que les activistes vegans ont concernant les omnivores.
Voici la collection Chartier composée de trois parures : la première faite en foie et faisan, la deuxième en porc et rognons, et la troisième en faisan et boudin noir. Elles séduisent par la liberté des matières qu’elles associent, l’inédit de leur texture et le naturel de leur mouvement.
Il est de notre responsabilité de tous se poser les bonnes questions pour aller vers une consommation modérée et pérenne.

In a world where meat consumption has become questionable, we are witnessing the rise of the Vegan movement. This creates a discomfort between meat consumers and those who advocate to abolish meat consumption. Faced with a diet different from ours, we tend to feel unease.
By highlighting the preciousness of meat, our work questions both the mass consumption and the radical image that vegan activists have of omnivores.
Here is the Chartier collection composed of three sets : the first made of liver and pheasant, the second of pork and kidneys, and the third of pheasant and black pudding. They seduce by the freedom of the materials they combine, the novelty of their texture and the naturalness of their movement.
It is the responsibility of all of us to question ourselves in order to move towards moderate and sustainable consumption.
